Interview process took extremely long - ranging around 4-5 weeks. They thought they were on the same caliber as Google - providing potential employees with entrance exams to see if they had what it takes in terms of experience (a joke once you learn about the real company and ppl that make it up - in SF)

Complex but good. Went through multiple rounds with the hiring manager, then the head of sales in Europe and the US sales director. They wanted someone who they could mould and put in a direct sales role. Account Management seems a better fit for the company.
