They came back to me after two weeks. First, I had the phone interview about my previous work experience, where we also decided that I moving forward and I am going to get case study. The case study was for two hours. It was three questions: situation analysis, clients problem-solving e-mail and business models analysis. Afterwards, I was invited for the final interview. The final interview was about 3 hours with three different employes every 45 minutes. Questions: -why applift? -why did you move to Berlin? -what is your experience in sales? -what would your previous manager said about you if I would call her right now? -how do you get crazy? They really like crazy people, with whom they could hang out after work. So be yourself and maybe it going to work out.
