I expected more from a company like Apple. The interview process was one of the most disorganized and disrespectful experiences I’ve had in my career. After multiple rounds, including time-consuming preparation and panel interviews, communication became completely inconsistent. Feedback timelines were missed, and I was left in the dark for weeks. When I proactively followed up, I received vague responses or none at all. Eventually, I was ghosted entirely — no closure, no feedback, nothing. The lack of transparency and basic courtesy was disappointing, especially coming from a company that promotes innovation and excellence. Candidates invest a lot of time and energy — the least Apple could do is treat applicants with professionalism and respect.
