Gave online test about maths, english and logic.
Gave personal interview of about 50 minits.
If you have prior GMP experience its good if you don't have GMP experience. its ok. You can show how you are mechanically inclined. MECHANICAL APTITUDE is must. You must love to assemble or disassemble equipments at home by following procedures in brochure.
You should be able to understand and follow the procedures exactly and document it properly.
Interview is not so tough.
