RUN, RUN, RUN from this organization.
In my experience, the hiring process raised several red flags. The company appears to keep job postings active while stating they're "building a pool of designers" rather than actively hiring.
A few days after applying, I received a design assignment to design the email campaign directly from HR without any initial screening interview or conversation. That immediately felt unusual, but I completed the assignment anyway and submitted it through the link they provided. They asked you to complete that assignment within a week.
After submitting my work, I never received any acknowledgment or feedback. Months have passed, and despite following up to confirm they had received my assignment, I never got a response.
Based on my experience, it did not feel like there was a genuine hiring process. Instead, it seemed like candidates were being asked to complete substantial design work without any communication afterward. If you decide to apply, be cautious about investing significant time in unpaid design assignments before confirming that the role is actively being filled.
