Questions, video interview and then assessment centre with around 10 other candidates. Was notified a week before the AC took place. Consisted of a case study, group exercise and a presentation to senior managers alongside a lunch with other applicants and graduates.

The interview has 7 recorded questions with 2 minutes to listen to the question and 2 minutes to prepare. Recordings have to be 1.5-3 minutes long.
