Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I submitted my resume shortly after. The following week I had a screen call with the recruiter which covered my experience and expectations of the job. Two weeks later, I had a panel interview with three staff members; this interview was harder as it involved behavioural and technical questions, and two technical tests. The last step of the process was another technical test related to the position and more technical questions. A week later I received a call from the recruiter to tell me I got the job.

I interviewed in 2022. The process was straightforward and they explained how the interviews would be conducted from the beginning. There was an initial screening, a written test, and then a panel interview with a presentation and discussions. They asked why I thought I matched the description.
