I spoke with the principal on the phone initially, and then was called in for single in-person interview with the principal. Format was casual and sociable at the time. Interviewing practices have since been greatly refined and improved. Interview was more focused on getting a sense of my general acumen and portfolio, and feeling out if I was a good personality fit for the office.
