Preliminary Interview with 2 project managers - Very formal they had said it would be a 45 Minute Interview (it lasted an hour) The two PM's took turns asking questions for 30 Minutes (probably went longer) Then Gave me 15 minutes to ask questions and tour the studio. One of the PM's rambled a good ten minute answer to my first question - I had five prepared didn't get to ask all of them 2nd Interview with Principle and a second PM. Principle was warm and friendly We joked laughed and it seemed to go well. A Project manager who was not in the first interview sessions joined us midway. He was unprepared and flustered. Asked redundant questions that should have or were asked at the first interview. Seemed more interested in searching for BS in my resume than finding out who I was.
