I was contacted by a woman in HR asking me to confirm my eligibility to work in the UK and my salary expectations. I then received a call from another person in HR who arranged a call with me the following day to cover some basics and find out more about the role. It turned out to be a competency interview (I wasn't given notice to prepare for). The HR person also had no idea about the structure of the team and couldn't answer any of my questions about the team or the role. And I haven't head back at all from them in over a week. I expect that when you have a phone or in person interview that you would receive some form of feedback, especially a company of this size.
