Quick process starting with online tests (3) on your cognitive and emotional abilities. Next an assessment day in which you will have a face to face interview and 2 business games, one will be a negotiation type of scenario, the other will involve making organizational decisions based on data. Tip: enjoy the day and get to know people, for me the experience was pleasant. Lastly you will have a final panel 4-5 interviewers and 4-5 candidates in the room having a conversation basically. Tip: know your market, be concise in your answers and let others speak too!
Overall process took 2 months, with quick feedback in between stages.

Really pleasant process overall, final panel is the determinant stage for the job and this has nothing to do with all your effort for the previous rounds. An overall assessment would be better.
