2 managers interviewed me. Very friendly. Question and answer format. I had no experience and I got offered relief work. Interview was in October and I didn't start working until January, so it's a long process. I had 4 shadow shifts. I also work at different development as well. Job is pretty relaxed but there are definitely flaws within the job and how the role works and such.
