Job Title : Principal Consultant – Anaplan Location : San Jose, CA Full Time : (Permanent) Opportunity Qualifications Basic : • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • At least 11 years of experience with IT. Required Skills : • Overall atleast 11 yrs. of experience with 2 to 3 + yrs. of working on Anaplan. Experience in financial or sales analysis is a plus • Design, build and deliver Anaplan models from scratch. • Modify existing models, extend POCs and translate 2D spreadsheet models into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models. • Define and administer user roles and permissions in Anaplan. • Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, action and other model settings to meet business needs. • Conceive and execute new Anaplan solutions to support new business objectives, initiatives and solve complex business problems. • Gather business requirements and identify new use cases Aptitude for quickly ramping up on new technology. • Excellent presentation and customer-facing skills. • Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and manage a high workload Experience & good knowledge in MS excel. • Experience in a business analyst role. • Good communication, presentation skills • Client relationship skills • Ability to work in an offshore-onsite global delivery model context.
