Complete waste of time! First interview with recruiter. Second interview was video with Director. Third interview was with a panel of lead developers. I lost interest after major discrepancies were unveiled surrounding the tech stack, and daily responsibilities. Wasn’t sure who to believe since director and leads gave conflicting answers . In addition, I could sense the passive aggressive tendencies of one of the leads towards his own team members and myself. In the end, it made me appreciate my current job that much more.
