This was a great interview--probably one of the best I've ever experienced. It was set up as a 1:1 conversation with the hiring manager, and we simply had a discussion. It flowed better and felt like the hiring manager was actually interested in investing in myself as well as protecting the position. By the end of the conversation, the wording changed and it turned into "when you're in the role" instead of "if". I had confirmation that day that I would be a perfect fit, and just had to go through the paperwork portion.
