The interview was strictly through Microsoft Teams chat. I was asked several questions and required to answer them promptly. I was told because the job was fully remote this was the method the company chose to interview. After several questions, I was asked to hold as the conversation was going to be sent to the supervisor for review. I was told that I scored high and was invited to sign my offer letter.
