I was able to interview with people in a wide variety of departments and definitely got the sense that there was a team atmosphere inherent to the company. Some of the interview questions were a little unusual i.e "what is one attribute about yourself that you know drives other people crazy, like always customizing your order at a restaurant and then sending it back, for example.". However, the interviews were often very conversational, including the unusual ones. some gave the time entirely to me to ask everything I wanted to about the company. Although I was not selected for the role, I understood why and have no ill feelings toward the company. I simple did not have what they considered the most important thing for the role at that time.
