The interview process took about three weeks. First I worked through their H.R. team who completed initial screening and obtaining my resume. Then I hap a phone interview with the Department followed by an onsite interview. The process was fairly relaxed and everyone was friendly. The questions ranged from the general to more along the lines of learning about my past experiences and about finding out about me as a person. The process itself was not bad.
