the interview process was non communicative. i had to keep contacting the owner in order to get the interview. the phone interview was weird and i was asked questions as if i wasn't a serious applicant. i went in for the interview and was told i was going to be contacted the following week just to show a little bit of what i know and i never recieved a call back. so i called my recruiter to contact the owner. the owner responded after a week and told the recruiter he doesnt want to take the risk and pay for the recruitment services.
