Contacted by a recruiter via phone call to set up a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manger. Received a follow up call a few days after the interview to set up a panel interview. It was 1 on 1 interviews with 6 different people within the organization. The questions were all based on my experience using applications and handling processes that the role required. Not a STAR based interview, which was refreshing.
