I was grilled by the company owner on being able to do the payroll by hand without computer assistance. I explained that at every company I worked for, there was always some system that would assist me in those calculations. He was concerned with someone's ability to do it if they system went down. He then said he was not interested in teaching anyone and ended the interview then.
