American Apparel was having open interviews. I had to wait in line for about an hour and I realized while I was waiting that everyone's outfit was way overthought (I was wearing a high waisted jean, tank top and flats). Then, i had a 5 min interview with the managers from the different locations. The asked me basic question about myself, my availability and my style.
