Had a pretty good experience. Was invited for an interview at Ft Worth facility after I applied online and had a phone interview. It was a group interview with 2 interviewers. We were asked 3-4 questions which they're looking for personal experiences where you gave exception service. After that we took 2 little tests: revise a paragraph, follow printed instructions to respond to a customer complaint letter. After that we were escorted out and told we would be contacted. The interviewers were really friendly and joked around, it was a comfortable environment. I'm still waiting for a response.

It was quick, easy situation and behavioral questions. Initially they did group interviews now they do one on one interviews. Maybe be done over the phone since they are located in Dallas Fort Worth, Texas.
