Initially i received a call from HR and been informed for the profile. Then my telephonic round was scheduled .After that I went through my telephonic round which was too long and too hard. After that I have been asked for personnel interview.1:! round was cool.Intially it was taken by our team lead...and second was taken by our director.Last interview was taken by HR which was not satisfactory but OK.
1.Intially it was telephonic round...(Technical)
2.After that it was 1:1 round.(personnel and technical)
3.background check documentation
4.HR round (Salary negotiation)

They took five rounds of interview process including telephonic and skype round.
And at the time of HR round they told that they will come back.. but they never come back fr HR round and never contact after that... So to give interview fr this organization is wastage of time for me .. .. Advice to management is to plan properly for any requirement before go for any recruitment without wasting any other person time for taking interview.

Was interviewed by 3 people who sounded like great people to work for. Very welcoming. They focus a lot on bgp and troubleshooting. I would join thei company as I think there is a lot to learn and this is the place to learn.

Technical phone screen that was ridiculously easy (just to make sure you knew what a switch was, etc). Then f2f interview. F2F interview involved an old man with a cane and senior automation engineer who wouldn't look people in the eye when he spoke. Interview involved questions/statements such as "do you drink coffee?" to "I think you are arrogant". Most important is that the older man actually stated "we are not professional here" after I stated I was looking for a more professional organization.
Interview takeaway was that the team is looking to higher pushovers who won't challenge "management".
