Interview process was pretty well managed .Unlike other service based companies the process was completed within couple of hours.Moreover selected no of candidates were been called for the interview. It started with 2 rounds of technical interviews and aptitude test in the end.

It started with general technical introduction & then slowly interviewer increased the difficulty levels. Started asking from easy db questions to difficult question. Question on concepts like data guard, performance tuning,db migration i.e exp & imp and so on.
