I went in and the interviewer told me that I was being considered for 3 potential positions, 2 manager positions and a sales position. We had a half-hour long discussion and he seemed impressed with my experience. He asked me what my salary requirement would be, and he asked about my availability. He assured me that all of it would be do-able. I ended up being hired, but they didn't tell me for what position. They didn't give me any of those positions and stuck me in an area I was obviously overqualified for. I didn't even stay there for 90 days.
