Met with director of sales and interviewed for about an hour. He then requested that I do a homework assignment (I'm guessing to see how bad I really wanted the position. I did the homework assignment to prove I was interested in coming on. Then I received an offer of employment.

Went through a recruiter. Process was pretty quick and easy. You interview with the Regional Manager and he does the primary evaluation at which point he pretty much gives you the handbook to take home and come back and discuss the process. After the second interview, you will know if you got the job.
