1st Round Interview (Video) The interviewer was very warm and friendly. The interview was conducted in both languages. In the first round, the questions were fairly general, focusing on professional and academic work experience. While the questions are broad, it’s important to be prepared to explain what you learned from those experiences—being logical and reflective in your answers seems key. I believe they are looking for candidates who can self-reflect and demonstrate growth.
