It was a first round interview for AlphaSights. It was casual, comfortable, not bad. There was a very casual "case" and other behavioral questions. I don't have anything bad to say about it.

Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
