I went through a referral so I got the first interview immediately. The process is composed of three interviews: (1) HR, (2) Manager, (3) Director.
Firstly, though, you need to send in a video about your motivation to work for the company.
The interview was straightforward, testing you knowledge about the company and how your profile fits the work of the enterprise.

Why doesn't the client directly contact an expert?
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
