The format was choppy where some is real world some is role play which is time boxed and unrealistic in format. Half people were emphatic saying “this was fantastic” the other half didn’t pay attention from the beginning. Some people there didn’t even talk at all. it just felt like they said let’s put our whole company on a call and make it as uncomfortable as possible. After panel is complete it is immediately followed up by calls with the individuals from the call. Second part of interview starts in 5 minutes, come back to the call and they say let’s cancel the rest of it cause we’re looking something specific. Don’t waste your time preparing, this is not somewhere you would want to work. Unprofessional
