A staged recruitment process comprising: Phone interview with agency, first stage face to face interview, completion of online reasoning tests, second stage interview which included a pre-prepared presentation. The in-house recruiter was very informative throughout, all information provided was clear, accurate and friendly. I had to work a long notice period (3 months) & during this time the recruiter and my line manager were in regular contact to keep me informed of progress on referencing checks, introducing me to the team when I visited the site after my offer and showing me where my desk would be, as well as emailing to say happy Christmas. Because of the nature of the industry, referencing is very thorough & takes some time but I was kept informed throughout & appreciate the importance of ensuring that this is done in a safe and robust way. It was a very positive experience & gave me great confidence in the role I secured.
