I applied online on their website and received a hirevue style interview with them. The hirevue was very typical. Didn't get past the first round. This is for the 2024 full time consulting analyst position in NYC.

Did 3 Rounds of Interviews:
- Hirevue
- Behavioural
- Superday - 4hr event with 3 different interviews.
Thought I did well in the Superday, a few business days later I received an offer from two different consulting firms. Communicated to Alpha that Alpha was a top choice and wanted to see if they were interested in me as a candidate. Told them that if I wasn't a good enough candidate that they should be honest with me as I had deadlines on the other offers. They never reached out to me after spending 6 hours interviewing me. Felt very scummy and low, honestly happy never got an offer, could only imagine how they treat their staff.
