Get ready to be ghosted and talked down to.
Applied on the website, got a screening interview email a couple days after. The HR recruiter was 10 mins late to a 30 min interview, didn't even bother apologizing. They said they would schedule a call with the hiring manager but I had to email a week later to get it scheduled. The hiring manager interview went well so they wanted me to move to the final round. The first person I met with was interrogative and condescending, kept cutting me off while I was talking. The second person seemed way to disinterested in the interview and the company in general. The third person was fine, conversational. After the final interview, I emailed the recruiter and was ghosted. Overall huge red flags and so unprofessional. Seems like the employees are burnt out and unhappy
I was initially contacted by their recruiter. I had a 30 minute zoom call with the recruiter, then a 30 minute interview with hiring manager, then a 30 minute interview with hiring manager's peer. I was ghosted after the third interview, which I found disrespectful. Ghosting appears to be their preferred practice, given the number of accounts of it on here.

Três etapas de entrevista sendo a primeira com RH, segunda com gestora direta e terceira com múltiplos stakeholders de áreas de contato com Farmacovigilância. As entrevistas foram em inglês e extremamente cordiais.
