I am working in Tier1 company form 10 yrs, In Allstate Interview went well and received the offer. But after 2 months of interview and 15days before joining Company came up telling that BGV is not completed, hence they are declining the offer. That too just a unprofessional mail, no communication over calls. Though I have provided all the details and documents, HR had no exact reason to give me for declining the offer. Allstate gave me some reason just to terminate the offer, Also I have got feedback from one of the Sr. person who attended interview with me faced the same problem . Hope this is sufficient to access the company and how they value their folks.
