Having applied through a recruiter, who had sent my CV and portfolio to AllofUs prior, I was invited to visit the studio and have a one-to-one interview with the Creative Director. Fairly informal but with key questions asked about my experience working with clients and my approach to dealing with client briefs. These were interspersed throughout conversations about my portfolio and specific aspects of past projects. A second interview followed with the Creative Director, Head of UX and one of the founders.
