First interview was a phone screening. Second interview was with the departmental manager, immediately followed by meeting the oncologist that I would be supporting at Buffalo Hospital. By the time that I started the position, the job duties had changed completely. I also found out that they were trying to get rid of the oncologist which made me worried about job security, and at the same time, the other medical secretary made sure that I was not welcomed there. I left after 6 months.
