The first interview was a phone interview, made by an IT manager, the questions were quite easy. the interviewer was very kind, even when I asked her to repeat the questions more then one time, due to the fact that my english was, and is, not so good. she talked a lot about the company and what kind of person they were looking for. then she made me some tecnical questions.
