Two interviews. Very straight forward. Standardised questions, which they tend to ask again at second interview. Hiring manager tended to ask the questions in first interview and their manager tended to lead in the second interview.

One interview. A follow up email sent by me a few weeks later. 3 months later job readvertised. Post-interview ghosting by an organisation of this size and reputation is pretty disappointing.
