The first interview was a phone screening. The questions were standard and the interviewer was professional and kind. The second interview was a video call with the hiring manager and a few others on the team. The interview was a bit all over the place and it didn't seem like they were prepared with solid questions. They talked the whole hour and barely asked me anything about my background or experience. Also they had people joining the call halfway through and people walking in the background of the call and interrupting which I found unprofessional.
