I had only one interview by video call with the manager. The interview was kind and straightforward with personal and professional questions. I had a positive answer and the next step would be a technical interview but they never contacted me again. I wrote them an email but I didn’t get an answer. They have to improve a lot their recruiting process because it’s the first impression about the company.
