I applied through a consultancy it tooks 2-3 weeks. First round was technical round . some questions were asked from OOPs ,C+11 concepts -smartpointers, STL , exception handling, Multithreading , How template function works internally , Rvalue Reference. Second round was client technical round - asked about projects and some basic c++ questions . Third round was managerial round asked. Asked everything about projects also gave me a analytical based questions . Then i got call from consultancy to submit required documents for HR round disscussion. Salary part is still under disscussion .
