I was called directly for a face to face interview. It was conducted by a team leader and someone from HR. The interview lasted for around 40 minutes and consisted of questions that covered my most recent role and some competency questions.
An online application (including resume) , phone conversation (skills, experience, salary discussion) with a recruiter and a face to face interview with the manager and case management specialist. The atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxed in a quiet room, we did introductory s as well as why i would like the role and what experience i had, i had roughly about 3-5 behavioural questions that included the STAR method, mostly to do with managing deadlines, delivering uncomfortable news and identifying an issue

How do you handle multiple tasks and overlapping deadlines
Very robotic interactions with recruitment, got to the next round and invited for an interview only to be disinvited and sent a generic rejection email a mere 2 hours later. Seems quite unprofessional and rude as I had to move around my own schedule to fit this interview in. The least that could be done was to send a non generic rejection email and to apologise for the mishap of sending an invite in the first place.
