I was shocked at how a senior executive treated me during the interview. He was dismissive, rude and interrupted me more than once. I wasn't surprised to not get an offer since he told me during the interview that he did not intend to hire me. It seemed like he drew that conclusion ahead of our conversation because he refused to look at the camera and did not leave me any time to ask questions at the end.
