I contacted the agency throught the CEO, as i met him on a conference. We had a conversation and i asked if there are vacant spots in his agency. Then i've send him a CV, was invited to an interview with two colleagues from the middle management of the company. They asked me the standart questions like what are my sthrenghts and weaknesses, what do i know about the advertising and PR market in Bulgaria, about the media etc. Then i was invited to meet the same CEO and we had a 1 on 1 talk with him asking me for my motivation, what i strive for and where i want to be in five years. We discussed when I start working and my salary.
