The interview process was very thorough including several phone & video calls, and a panel interview in the Toronto office which involved a presentation assigned a few days prior. While I found the concept of the presentation nerve racking to begin with, it actually puts the ball in your court and allows you to drive the conversation and showcase your strengths. Very thorough mix of skills and experience based questions as well as personality and fit.
