It was a great process. The interviewers were collaborative and analytical. It was a great learning experience for me. I hope I get selected as Alcon India is a prestigious organisation and it will be great to work and learn in such a place.

Applied to job as via web. HR company called me. We had a one hour phone interview. They forwarded my CV to the company. We had a face to face interview with the company HR the next week. It was very business like discussion, even a bit cold and robot like, yet it gave me an impression of professionalism (without feelings).
