Had a phone interview that was more of a generalized call and not a whole lot about the job or my experiences. Went positively and was told the process would take about 48 hours to determine if moving forward with a call with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, I did not hear back for two weeks after checking in with the guidelines they set. After the two weeks I was told they would be moving in a different direction but to look at the careers page for jobs that align with my fit even though my current job and this job lined up almost 100%.
