Very easy and relaxing, the manager and I talked in the office and it just seemed like we were having a normal conversation from the start instead of an interview, I learned about her kids and the way they adjusted to online high school while sharing with her my own transition to virtual classes

Applied online and received a call from one of the 5th Managers. They asked me scenario based questions, like how I would deal with a co-worker abusing our discounts. It was quite lengthy because the manager was writing down all my responses. If you are thorough, you can answer most of their questions when they ask the first one.
