Clear and informative process, only problem is there were multiple people in between me, hr, and my team manager. It's set up buffet style with sr. attorney's, team lead and manager for the legal assistant's. They review your qualifications and ask openly if anyone is interested in you and then you move on in the hiring process.

Easy and straightforward. Punctual. Given a clear picture of job expectations, discussed previous experience and knowledge . Enjoyable interview. No issues. Interview took under 20 minutes and the department manager was the interviewer

Brief and concise process. The interviewer asked a few open ended questions about my prior legal experience. She also asked what programs I was familiar with, i.e., Perfect Practice, LPS/BlackKnight Loan Management, Microsoft Office.
